BLF key programming EXP40 on T46S Yealink

Is there a way to configure the BLF keys for the Yealink sidecar via the GUI? If you add more BLFs, it just adds them to a new menu on the phone menu itself but not the sidecar.

I saw this but was looking for a different approach.

is there a way to copy the blf keys to other extensions in 3cx? So i can provision them to all the other phones on the 3cx?
