BLF Label in Softphone

Sorry for my english..,

I'm looking for migrate Alcatel OXE system coupled with integrated CallCenter CTI/CSTA application to a 3CS solution.
All work fine. But i've some difficulties in achieving our objectives.
In our use, we need to choose the call we answer. So queues are not usables.
I've made a CFD who transfert calls, after api consultation and conditions, to Shared Parkings number (SP0, SP1,...) but 3CX SoftPhone BLF labels are not customisables and display "SP0"-"SP25"...
So is it possible to change BLF Shared Parking Label for 3CX Apps??

Is there another way to reach our goal (Operator manually select answered call ?)

Use the panel to choose the calls. Use a queue to put them on hold anyway.

Thx for aswer by pannel you mean switchboard?

Queues scénario is the first one I thought of. But operators can't choose the incoming call we want to answer.
In shared parking scenario. Operators can choose with "right clic >pickup> +softphone auto-answer", or with SharedParking BLF, it ok for 2 or 4 SharedParking but in our case we've more 20 SharedParking...not easy to learn SP35 equal service xxx"

"Switchboard" was renamed to "Panel" in the v18 Desktop App and web client. I don't have the legacy Windows app still installed but it may well still be named Switchboard in that.

I do not know if this will help you but it is possible to create an extension and forward its calls to "SP0" (upper case SP). Dialing the extension will connect to the shared parking slot. Of course, the extension can't show whether the shared parking slot is occupied or not.

I'forget to use Shared Parking because it is not adapted to our use(more 1 caller in Parking). I'm now using Parking Orbits and it run's fine, but no blf
