Again any help would be much appreciated.
We currently have a system connected to the outside world, the phones are grandstream 2000 and the PSTN gateway is a Grandstream 4104.
I was wondering if there is any way to monitor the status of the outside lines?. We currently have 2 lines and so the grandstream pstn box has 2 ports set up (10000 & 100001). We currently make use of the busy lamp feature for monitoring other extensions, i was wondering if you could use this feature to monitor the outside lines instead of extensions?
