blf shared parking lights stopped working

windows client 15.5.10795.4 with server 15.5.3849.1.
client installed on w7-64.
i have 6 shared parking locations (SP0-SP5) specified under blf for extension.
they used to have colors showing the status of the blf in the client "show blf side panel" but now they are grey. they still work but i cannot see the status via the colored indicators
i've uninstalled and re-installed with a new invitation and used the link that downloads the client from 3cx but still the same.

any ideas?

Hello @Shawn,

Can you check the Rights of this extension? Edit the extension - navigate to Rights and check if it has the right to park a call.

Marios, I checked and the park a call option was not selected but after I selected it and restarted the client, I still have the same behavior. I'm pretty sure the SP BLF lights were green unless they were in use then they would turn red. The buttons work and I am able to pick and park calls from the shared parking locations but the lights do not change colors. See attached for a screen shot of what they look like all the time.

well i'm not sure how but i checked again and the extension did not have the ability to park calls checked.
i checked it and now the lights are working as they should. looks like my error.

do user rights or group rights take precedence over each other some how?

Hello,

User Rights take precedence over Group Right .i.e if the User Rights of a specific extension are different than the Groups Rights then of course the PBX will respect what rights are for this specific extension plus the Role of this extension.
