I see that there have been previous posts requesting this, is there any chance the functionality being added?
Specifically I would like to be able to set up a BLF on a desk phone that, when pressed, changes the status of a different extension to the one set up on the phone. I understand that this would have risks associated with it however I believe this is up to the user/client to decide and not 3CX. An example of something like this would be a dial code that, assuming the extension using it has the rights, automatically sets the destination extension's status, like *4#101#1 to set extension 101 to available.
