Good Morning Colleagues
I hope you are doing good , I need to implement the below scenario for one of my customers (There is 4 landlines connected to 4 ports FXO gateway):
  1. When an external call received, There will be an IVR asking the end-user to press 1 for sales , 2 for support.
  2. When the end-user press 1 , I need to make blind transfer for this call to external number through fxo gateway using any one of the available landlines.
  3. When the end-user press 2 , I need to make blind transfer for this call to another external number through fxo gateway using any other available landline.

Does the above scenario applicable ?

Best Regards

When you configure the IVR, you specify where the calls goes

in this case you will have to create dummy extensions and forward to external number using forwarding rules.

So the IVR will call the dummy extension, and the dummy extension will call the external number.

Remember -

Each call will take 2 licenses. One for incoming and one for outgoing.
Having four ports - does not give you alot of scope in the amount of calls you can handle.
