We have a group of extensions we want to isolate from the external world - no outgoing nor incoming external calls.
When configuring a user, the second parameter under Options seemed to be what we're looking for: in French it reads "Désactiver les appels externes", which translates to "Disable external calls":
In reality, it only does half the job: it prevents the user from making external calls, but the user can still receive calls from outside the organization... how can we prevent both?
