Solved Block Direct Dialing of Extensions

We are currently hosted in the 3CX cloud - We are looking to block the direct dialing of extensions when at the digital receptionists menu\IVR. I see people are doing this with the custom parameters tab however we do not have the feature. Has anyone found a way to accomplish this? Thank you

@M.Knapp since you are hosted with 3CX, parameters option is not available in order to ensure the smooth operation of your system without any customizations.

Use a DTMF IVR and configure all possible direct dials and options.
