Solved Block incoming calls

Good morning, I have been having a problem with a customer's switchboard for a few days.
In a few words they received a call from a number with an Italian prefix, the moment they try to call that number the call comes back to them.
I did some tests and once I put the number in blacklist the call comes anyway but it's with another number and another prefix.
I did a check with their operator and there are no inherent costs for redirecting phone traffic.

Is it possible to block prefixes on incoming calls on the 3CX PBX?

Is it possible to block prefixes on incoming calls on the 3CX PBX?

Provided that you know the prefixes you want to block, you could create "Blacklisted number" entries like 123* to block anything with prefix 123(* acts as a wild card). Is this what you mean?
