Block Outbound Caller ID on Extension

I have a customer that didn't want Caller ID to show up when she made outbound calls. I just removed the number from her extension and no issues for years. Now all of a sudden she started getting an error when trying to make outbound calls from her extension so I added the main number on her extensions outbound Caller ID and she can make calls. Is there another way of blocking outbound caller ID just for 1 extension?
