We have a Grandstream DSC3510 2 way pager set up as an extension and we also have a paging group which has a virtual extension. How can we block both extensions from external calls in the Digital Receptionist menu while still allowing other extensions to be reached? We don't want external callers to be able to page across the office. I see some reference to IVR grammer, but don't have the Paramater Settings available in our instance. We're self hosted with Pro license.
