We are testing a hosted 3CX system.
Phones are connecting directly to the remote system, not using SBC.

After adding and restarting a Hotdesk phone the eventlog gives this error:

EventID: 12291
Hotphone: HD00002
SIP request (REGISTER) from OurExternalIP was rejected. Reason: Block WAN requests is ON.

For a user I know how to unblock remote non-tunnel connections (extension, options, options) but how do I do that for a Hotdeskphone??

@SB_at_Complan Hi there.
Hotdesking phones are only available for local use and SBC.
You won't have the option to enable STUN registration.

step 2.... *77*111: not a valid input? (extension exists)

Now I get 'Access Denied'....

Ensure that your voicemail is enabled for the user

Can you try another extension?

Created a new extension, same error. Nothing in eventlog.

In the User settings >> Options
Have you enabled Hotdesking option?
