Blocked call logs and call reports across departments

Hi Experts,

I have a customer with few departments in their organization. May I know can I disable them from viewing the call logs and call reports across departments? I want department A only see their own call logs and call reports, blocked them from viewing the call logs and call reports from department B, C, D.

Please advise.
