Can anybody shed some light on this scenario. (ver. 14)
- Two extensions (boss and Secretary). calls to secretary should not forwarded to Boss's phone. Calls to Boss should appear in Secretary's phone with Caller ID and prepended 'Redirected from Boss'
Normal forwarding does work, but it will not show the secretary's phone as the call is actually redirected from Boss.
Please support with steps to follow to accomplish this.
