Hello, i have a analog land line and have bought an ATCOM AG198 FXS Gateway but cant seem to get it conected to 3CX, either receiving or making calls. Alredy configured trunk pointing to gateway ip but cannot make outside calls.

I do not read anywhere that it is an FXO device...
I think letscall website has a misprint.

This doesn't give a lot of information but does show a PSTN line going to one of the RJ11 jacks.

You would have to confirm that the PSTN "connection" can register to a server as the SPA-3102 does, or, perhaps the PSTN line accessible only from the telephone set plugged into the device (it routes calls to either VoIP or PSTN). Grandstream Made a device like this years ago. You were able to use an internal dialplan to route outgoing calls to VoIP or PSTN. Incoming from either would ring the set.

I tryed to get It working but just won't connect. Can you advise on the cheapest FXO gateway supported by 3CX? Only one port needed.

In the US the Grandstream GXW4104 is the cheapest, The next would be the Patton SN4112. You might be able to find either used on Ebay. Beronet might be cheaper outside the US.

I would always warn about selecting any IT/telecoms kit based purely on price - if you buy cheap you get cheap.

Beronet might be cheaper outside the US.

In regards to comparison pricing beroNet outside of the U.S is not much less than Patton (I used to work for a 3CX distributor who sold both models) despite in my opinion beroNet being a poorer build quality.

If I had the option out of the 3 I would obviously go Patton. I do like the modular capabilities of beroNet however but these models are more expensive than the small business line anyway.

If you look around, there are still places (amazon?) offering the Linksys/Cisco SPA-3102, or in some cases, even the older SPA-3000. One FXO and One FXS. It may not be new, but will do the job, if manually configured. No, they are no longer officially supported, so you are on your own, but people are still using them.

We have used both Beronet and Grandstream. We have had multiple Grandstreams failiurs. The beronets on the other hand are bulletproof. To date the only Beronet failure we have had is due to a lightning strike. Beronet tech support is on point as well. Grandstreams is non existent.

This may not be a good choise as the post above states the reliability of Grandstream but the store where i bought the ATCOM is willing to credit the unit as they had a typo on the store and i can get a grandstream HT813 for not much more. They do not sell any of supported units stated on 3CX and i cant support right now the prices i have seen on internet (cheapest 2019€ in europe).
Do you have any info on this unit and if i can configure on 3CX to receive/send thru my analog line ?

I have not used model HT813 and i see it is not supported so you will be on your own.
If you search the forum there are a few users that had issues with outbound calls on HT813.
