Bricked Yealink T23G

I have a Yealink T23G Current Firmware 44.83.0.55, While in the management console I noticed Not Supported,

when attempting to update firmware all attempts failed including using Yealink recovery files, closer inspection Firmware 44.83.0.55 is a 3cx Firmware patch. Any ideas? or Just junk the phone.

Thank you for that, this phone has been on 3cx for 3 years, all firmware has been updated from within the management console up until now. I did a factory reset, downloaded the current supported firmware form https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/ at this time this is all I get

Did you read STEP 1?

Note: If you are currently on a firmware version lower than x.84.0.35, and your model accepts a higher version, you need to manually upgrade to version x.84.0.35 prior to upgrading to a higher version

That the entire point, the phone will not use any firmware upgrade, including Yealink recovery files Thus Bricked Phone, the last update it did take is 44.83.0.55, I have tried T23-44.84.0.125.rom / from yealink and T23-44.84.0.95.rom / from 3cx

I am not sure you get it, the manual update failed LOOK UP at the image I posted, do you see any other options that I missed?

That was the first on I used, So far none of the have worked, I even tried to use the recovery files and my TFTP Server to reset the phone, but thanks anyway

At no point have you said you tried 84.0.35. You mentioned trying 84.0.125 and 84.0.95. You need to go from 83.0.55 to 84.0.35 and then you can upgrade to the current.

Yes that is true, I did not mention it, however I have been working on this for about 3 days, I simply forgot to include it in my post. Regardless the recovery files should have worked. My guess is I need a new phone, no worries. Just came here to see if someone else has had the same problems.

Gotcha. That's why we kept saying step 1 because you hadn't mentioned it and it's quite often missed the first time around (and sometimes the second). I don't know what exactly Yealink broke when they messed up that firmware but I agree that a straight recovery should work as well. Probably not worth wasting anymore time on it.
