Bridge - presence view

Hi, we have seven 3CX servers connected all over Europe. One of them forgets the presence information of the other servers. Temporary workaround is to deactivate and activate the checkbox "Receive Information (Pro)". We use version 15.5 SP5. Is it a known bug?

Please note that there is no known issue related to bridge presence. Since the issue is with one of the PBX's i would recommend checking the configuration of the server and see what is different with the others. Different firewall, network configuration, ports etc. If the issue persists i would then recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look into the issue.
