Bridges stopped working

Two of our bridges that we had connected for a long time for two companies randomly stopped working last week and I have been unable to reconnect them.

Both bridges and the respective master/slave bridges however show up as green on "Admin > Voice & Chat" and the logs tell me it's registered, however when trying to make a call using the prefix, it says "Not found" and the contacts are still missing.

I have triple checked the credentials and details of the master and slave bridges match. I tried deleting the bridge and re-adding but that did nothing and it also confirmed that it is registered when testing and playing with the password and connection.
The master receives the information, while the slave publishes and this is all configured correctly.

Is there an issue on-going for bridges as nothing is working and nothing changed?

Cheers

Check IP restrictions and blacklisting.

Check that if you upgraded to v20 that the ports are correct

run a firewall test.

All are on V20 and have been for months.

Sorry forgot to mention:
• There are no IP restrictions or Blocks as I have gone though it
• Firewall test came back as "okay"

Have you looked at the 3CX Activity Log to see if the errors offer a clue as to what may be wrong?

Yes, it isn't very helpful as it only mentions:
"Bridge has changed status to unregistered" or "Bridge has changed status to registered."

3CX seems to think it works and everything is 'green', but it doesn't work.

Hi @itwn make sure that both pbx are running the same version and build, also check that you are using the FQDN of the remote system in the tunnel and for the presence sections with the correct https port.

Once done, validate that there is an outbound rule using the bridge, check the order of the outbound rules since they are validated from top to bottom.

Firewall checker does not check tcp port, so make sure that the tunnel port and https are opened for tcp too, you may use this link http://ping.eu/port-chk/

Both bridges have appeared back over night. We have not touched anything for this to 'work' again

However I cannot seem to make calls "Not found (404)"

You would have to have a look at the Activity Log to see exactly what is "not found". Is it an outbound rule, or a route?

While the use of Presence may be an issue, I have found that calls will work between , even multiple version differences (Ver 14 to Ver 20) of the 3CX PBX. It is just a matter of the proper routing being in place.

I fixed it.

The issue was the Outbound rule for the bridge wasn't set to "Any", even though the "call from extension" was set as blank
I recreate the rule and it worked
