Hi,
My broadband {fixed IP and 3CX DNS name} , failed (now for over a week. I bought a 4G modem for the second WAN port on my router, which also has DDNS.
Can I use the new DDNS name in the PBX config, to allow the trunk to connect over the 4G connection or will other things fail?
PS I installed the free 3CX PBX at home, I understand 3CX not wanting to provide tech support but I don't understand the terms in this statement...
"Choose a 3CX StartUP or 3CX Hosted instance together with a preferred or supported provider which will resolve most issues right off the bat."
Regards...
