Broadcast Message

Hi all,
Now system have chat and group chat system, possible have broadcast message (Like i-mail, email) send to personal or group/public?

If you're asking if it's possible to send chat messages and then have them received as an email then I'm afraid it is not possible.

You could take a look through our Ideas section and check if anyone else suggested anything similar so that you can upvote it.

I'm sorry but I'm still not sure if I understood the question. What do you mean "Broadcast Message", what functionality are you referring to? Could you provide a screenshot?

To clarify, you can either create a one-to-one chat (extension to extension) or create a group chat that contains multiple extensions allowing them to all chat between them in that specific group chat.

I see, there does not exist a feature to do exactly that, but the group chat should still be sufficient unless the fact that extensions can reply or continue the conversation is a problem for some reason.
