BT Cloud phone move over to 3CX

Hello All,

I am currently with BT Cloud phone and looking to move everything over to 3CX. Is there any documentation someone could point me towards that would help me configure this or any experience in doing this before? We would want to move our main line number and then all the users with there direct line over to 3CX, I assume this would be possible? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @LouisS

Yes that is all possible, you would need to engage with a SIP provider to port numbers to, depending on your location.

Also might be helpful to also engage with a 3CX partner to help with the setup of your 3CX.
