Bubble dont show on mobile devices

Hi my site is broddar.se the bubble is showing on the desktop but not on the mobile device?

You will need to check your website configuration for this. If the chat is showing up when the site is accessed via a browser on the computer but not from a mobile, then this is likely to be an issue with the website's mobile version.

I can see on other pc it dont show only on my pc.
i have now try to see om 3 pc and i dont show on any of them, can u see the bubble on broddar.se?

Yes this visible and working
