All,
I have already read forums where people have brought up that 3CX uses the firstname, lastname, and homenumber when synced with Exchange. Another problem is that if you have just company names with company numbers, you end up with just blank entries in the phone contacts (yealink and cisco tested). There should be some mechanism to default to the company, just omit the entry entirely, or give us an option to control what is displayed.
