Bug? Forward Rule END CALL

Hm, when I choose "End Call" within a Forwarding Rule, it does not make a busy-tone. The result is a voice saying: "target cannot be reached"...

How can I have a busy tone?

What recording is played, when, is determined in Settings/System Prompts. Changing a recording to a busy tone may affect more than just callers that reach an "end call" destination.

I think that the recording heard, is the one intended. A busy tone (60 ipm), means just that, the destination is engaged, try later. In North America, the standard for a destination not reachable is either a recording, or a "fast" busy (120 ipm). Of course this is going to vary from country to country. The "target cannot be reached" is another way of saying "your call cannot be completed as dialled, please check the number and try again". It indicates that you are not going anywhere if you simply re-try the same number.

That sounds strange to me. To me "Target cannot be reached" indicates a routing problem.

What will happen then? I do have it selected... Because I want the busy Töne in busy line.

Okay, I tried it and I don't like it. We need busy tone on busy lines

That option when selected enables the prompt, without it being selected you should get the busy tone. Is it any different from you?

Well, the truth is:
Option on: Calling a busy extension will end the call without any prompt ->bad
Option off: Calling a busy extension will play busy tone and end call ->good

I will post an idea/feature request for this subject
