I noticed that when connected as Invitee (Guest) with presenter role allocated by creator of meeting
The Share Screen button is opening the expected popup in Chome but not in Firefox V74, it just does nothing

It is not a problem of popup restriction because the button Share Document is opening expected window in Firefox V74

Known problem ?

Try beta V16 Update 5

We are running V16.0.4.504
In update of Management console only this version is proposed :

New 16.0 Update 5 ALPHA
16.0.5.389

No beta proposed

Due that betas are required to be updated one by one, just follow the updates until you reach 16.0.5.553. Incase Update 5 was Final you would have skipped all these version and just would see the latest.

New 16.0 Update 5 ALPHA 3
V16.0.5.507
is Out of date
and refuses to install

when the final V16 Update 5 is supposed to be released ?

It has been deployed this night :
Version Number 16.0.553
But the problem is still active

Hello @JRB-LU ,

AS you will see, in my case I am on Firefox 74 version, presenter and I click on Share Screen. I get the window asking me which screen to share.

Do you get a different behavior in your case?

Yes the windows containing the share proposal that you put in Red in your picture
just does not appear when clicking on the activated button (Presenter mode activated)
I tried with normal firefox window and private one. Same problem

Can you please try on different PC? Also can you please try a scenario where you are the owner of the meeting?

I also tried to add popup exception in Firefox v74 Options / Privacy Security / Permissions / Block Popup Windows Exceptions Button
same problem

Please try on a different PC and the scenario that you are the owner.

As already mentionned, it works on Firefox v74 in instant meeting open as :
https://3CXurl/webclient
Menu Webmeeting then Connection Blue Button
But the problem occurs when guest connect with the corresponding ClickToMeet url

I would not say it's confirmed or a bug because both @Constantinos Constantinou and myself can successfully connect as follows

-Firefox v74
-Click to Meet URL visited by guest with Firefox
-Organizer changes the role of the guest to "Presenter"
-Guest click share screen button and the window pops up correctly

Also when I click here I can confirm that rights are granted for Camera, Mic, Screenshare

I would remove Firefox completely, delete any remaining files, and reinstall it fresh
Do not import any settings, do not log into any accounts, just fresh Firefox.
It seems that whatever is preventing you, we cannot replicate it here
