Bug Report - Copy Extension

Windows v20 Enterprise OnPrem - Version 20.0 Update 5 (Build 551 Release)

Good Morning,

I have a couple of IT Help Desk staff with the "Department Administrator" role experiencing an issue when copying an extension template to another new ext. They see the below error and cannot complete the copy.

I, as System Owner, have no issues with the same settings.

Is the user you are copying is a member of another department that the Department administrator does not have access?

Good Morning @AndreasPo_3CX,

The two users trying to copy the ext are both Department Administrators in the same dept as the template ext (Default group). The target extension we are trying to copy to, does not exist.

The only unusual thing about the user is they have three last names. Like "Van De Siegal" (not that specifically, of course) otherwise nothing of note.

Yes, as I said the two Department Admins and the template extension are in the same Department (default).

You are not answering my question though. I am not asking if the department admins and the template extension are in the same department. What I am asking is if the template extension belongs to more than 1 department.

The only department is the default for the users and template. No others are involved.
