Hello,

Unfortunately, we had to realize that 3CX Hotdesk does not work if the RSTP setting is set to “obligatoire” on the Yealink T54W phones. user-Logins are not accepted.

Only when we set RSTP on the phone to "deactivated" or "optional" it works.

Please correct this security problem. Thank you very much!

Versions:
v20 Update 4
Yealink T54w with newest firmware

Hello, how is the phone connected to the PBX?
Also, what exactly "logins not accepted" means?

The phone is directly connected (LAN) to 3CX server (DMZ).
This problem only exists with phones configured for Hot Desk.

After entering *77*{xxx}* for login, there is an error message "Not acceptable".

This behavior is by design: HD users in the PBX have SRTP switched off and any attempt to manually enforce it will fail.
So this is basically a feature request that should be posted in the Integrations/Other > Ideas
