BUG - V20 manage principal operator access impossible

Since v20 migration impossible to manage principal operator access ...
when we click on IT, interface return to default user interface. Impossible to manage anything with this sip access

no problem with other sip access.

If i understand correctly here you are talking about the user rights?
If so in V20 the access is predefined per extension role. For more information check the guideline here.

no I'm not talking about right

I say with admin owner
when I click on principal telecom operator sip access to manage it, that open default "user" interface of admin owner and not the management menu of sip access.
with the secondary sip acces no problem, only with de principal access

There is no bug with the roles of the extensions.
Still though i do not have a complete view of what is your issue. I would suggest to contact with your partner first.
