bug? voice mail options incorrect

My voicemail reads these options to me but they are incorrect.
* play
1 change status
3 dial
4 delete all read
5 change self id message
6 play info
7 change pin
8 change greet
9 repeat
# exit

pressing 4 ends up with it saying please hold while I transfer your call which actually corresponds to this article

I followed these steps:
1) Left a message from another extension
2) called voicemail from my extension
3) Entered my Pin
4) Listened to the message
5) Hit 9 for the main menu
6) Hit 4 to delete all
7) Asked me to confirm

Hitting 4 while the message is playing is Call Back – this will trigger a call to the caller ID of the person who left the message.
The options are different in playback:
•0 – Skip to the next message
•1 – Skip to the previous message.
•2 – Repeat current message.
•3 – Delete the current message and automatically go to the next message.
•4 – Call Back – this will trigger a call to the caller ID of the person who left the message.
•5 – Forward message to another extension
•9 – To go to the Voice mail options menu
•# – To hang up the call



So you must have been in the Playback Mode.

Yes I was listening to a message at the time I tried to delete.
