Bugs make app unusable (v15.1.28 on galaxy s7)

Hello 3cx,

Please help me with this ! I'm sure I'm not the only one who has these bugs.

Bluetooth headset switches to phone while on cellular call when a 3cx call or a chat message comes in. This happens even if the 3cx app is turned off via exit. It makes the app or the phone unusable.

Also need a simple option to set 3cx status to busy while on a cellular call. App opens when 3cx call comes in and it is impossible to reject it, then I can't hang up the cellular call. Sometime the phone freezes completely and needs to be restarted.

3cx callers complain of poor quality when using a Bluetooth headset. No problems with cellular calls. Using plantrpnics edge and flowroute as provider.

i can not imagine how difficult it is for the developers to support so many Android devices. Even though the OS is the same, the hardware varies on every release.
Happy to be on an iPhone where the hardware is predictable and very few models to program for.
Good luck to you on this. I hope 3cx can sort it out.

Actually same issues on a couple of different models. I hope this gets fixed as well. So far the only other solution is to use 2 cellphones or drop the headsets. The 3cx app is missing the "ring my cellphone simultaneously" option as well which would've made things easier.

I'm aware of this option in the extension settings, but not in the App. Can you clarify?

I think he is saying "It would make life easier if this option was available to turn on/off within the mobile software. "

Hello,

You can do so through forwarding rules. Follow the instructions below:
1. Click on the Status on the main dial pad screen (screenshot 1)
2. Next to the Forwarding Rules click on the arrow (screenshot 2)
3. Go to the bottom and check the option "Also Ring my Mobile". This option is only available for Available and Lunch statuses .(screenshot 3)

Yes. You can set this Forwarding Rule only on Available and Lunch statuses.

Oh ok. Yup I see it in Available 2 - v15.5.

that is correct. You can also customize the last two statuses "Lunch" and "Business trip" with the names that you like.
