Bulk Edit User Department Permissions

Please give the ability to bulk edit user department permissions, in a company with 10 departments and 100 users, you have to go into every user individually and assign them presence / Operations / Calls permissions to see other departments info, it's good that it is off by default, however please give us the option to edit this all in one go. It's quite time consuming doing this for every user.

Same goes for other user settings like BLF and voicemail settings !
