Bulk Extension Import Failing

I did, I tried right after your suggestion and I get the same below error. Also tried downloading the 3CX Template, Opened the template, selected the cells, Format Cells changed to text, saved and tried importing. Same thing over and over. This happened with the first environment I built and again with this one. Not sure why the files I download/import don't work, but the one that mariosM gave me worked.

Even tried editing the one that he mariosM gave me that worked originally, I changed one extension and when importing it failed.

Your import file has errors. Note that not all rows were imported.

Ok. Try one more thing for me. Just humor me.

- Start with a clean list. Create ONE extension - it doesn't matter what number you make it.
- Export the list.
- Delete the extension you created.
- Open the list in NOTEPAD.
- Make a few changes or add another extension following the format EXACTLY as was exported
- Save the CSV file.
- Import it.

Alright so I figured out the issue or issues. All on me and what the system can take as input.

1. Extension 7000 by default was configured for a conference line and I was trying to import that for another user. I changed the conference line to 8000 and was able to create the user manually.

2. The Web Meeting Name for each user, they had a space in them and the system does not allow a space in Web Meeting name. Tried using an underscore but that didn't work either so I just joined the first and last name to make the Web Meeting name.

3.We had a line marked as "AVAILABLE" in the firstname, lastname, AND email column, since it didn't have a domain on the email, it didn't allow it.

4. Lastly, one of the extensions matched the number that is hardcoded in for the fax number which I'm not sure why I can't change it.

Nothing in the error said anything about numbers in use, which ones were in use, that a value had a space where it shouldn't, etc so I ended up going through and adding every extension manually to see where it error'd out.

Issue number 3 in the above list, that was the final issue, though its odd that if one line in the sheet doesn't work then it won't import any of them.
