I am in the process of deploying a 3CX PBX on-premise system for an hotel. There will be 43 rooms with Snom HD350W configured as Generic IP phones. While I was in the process of importing the extensions, I have discovered that on V20, I no longer have the columns "AuthID" and "AuthPassword". In addition if I specify the columns "Template" and "Model" as "genericphone.ph.xml" and "Generic IP Phone" respectively, they are no taken into account after the import.
What is therefore the optimal way in V20 to import extensions in bulk in order to avoid manually configuring each extension? I have also discovered that we can no longer edit multiple extensions at once a feature very useful in V18.
