Bulk uploading when migrating from different PABX

Hi,

We're migrating from another PABX and I know we can bulk upload extension information and based on a search, it looks like there is a request to support bulk provisioning of phones (but not yet supported). Does anyone know if there is a plan to support that? We could easily extract these information from an existing PABX.

Also, is there a way to bulk upload individual voicemail greeting audio files?

Yes, you can import extensions into 3CX, create one and within Extension , along the top click on Export - this will give you the template to use.

If you include the mac address, phone model, and template - you can use option 66 to provision the phones - https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/dhcp-option-66/

On voicemail, no bulk upload available - have to manually upload each one.

Yes, we've done that for the extensions. Didn't realize we can include the MACs of the phone in the same CSV and get it to register.
