Business Center Solution

Hello, we have the challenge to provide a PBX to a Business Center.
We have one SIP Trunk with 1000 Extensions. This SIP Trunk needs to be distributed to many Companys.
e.g.:
Company 1 +49 32 1234 x100-200
Company 2 +49 32 1234 x201-300
Company 3 +49 32 1234 x301-400...

Each company should not be able to see the others extensions.
Is there any way to do this with 3CX ?

Why not multiple 3CX instances for each one? 3CX isn't multi-tenant and if they are not supposed to see each other, then separating them is better than on the same machine where they can call each other anyway.

3CX is not designed for multi company setup - you have too many issues to overcome especially in this instance where you have 1000 extensions.

To make your life simply - install an instance for each company , speak to the SIP provider to see what can be done to spilt the sip trunk and DDI numbers.

Another thing to factor, each 3cx instance would need its own wan IP address,
