Business Hours and TimeZone

Hello.
I was wondering if TimeZone is converted automatically while setting out of business hours for DID? Story is. I have user in Malaysia which will be assigned to Japanese number and he want to have set forwarding to other number after his business hours. My system is set to Germany time zone. Should I just put 9am-6pm in his business hours for his DID or I have to convert the time in my head and set it as it is in Malaysia (or Japan?)?

Hello there,

If you have a DID in a different time zone, the time of the DID office hours should be configured in the timezone of the country the DID is actually routed. The PBX will not do this conversion automatically.
