busy lamp field lights doesn't work

hi,
I have grandstream GXP 2130,2140 with extension module,2160 model phones in our customer. customer used blf buttons on the phones seamlessly until when I change sip transport from udp to tcp/tls, and configured certificate and private key on the phones for secure sip communication. now blf button doesn't work with tls. any idea do you have this problem?

Yes, change it back to UDP. I wouldn't expect fully functional TLS support until 3CX officially supports it via LE. I had this same problem years ago with Yealink phones and the 3CX response was to talk to Yealink. But my experience was the BLF button worked but the lights didn't.
