Busy lamp lights faulty in Fanvil X4 since 2.8.0.6251 firmware UG

Since upgrading the firmware to 2.8.0.6251, we're noticing that the busy lamp fields are not lit for some active users.

For example, I have 4 colleagues on my sub screen, and only 2 show a green light even though all 4 are available.

If I press a button that isn't lit, the call goes through correctly, so functionality isn't affected, it just appears that users are offline when they aren't.

There is no commonality between the lights that don't work, e.g. its not that we all see users A,B and C lit and user D not lit, everyone is different.

Anyone else noticed this ?

Yes, we've noticed this along with a host of other issues including delays answering queue calls, SIP Register Fail messages, dropping calls and other issues.

We have two new customers that we have installed X4G phones for and upgraded to this firmware along with our own phones and issues are apparent on all systems.

We have one other customer that we installed X4G phones for and have not gotten round to upgrading the firmware and they have not had any issues.

I believe the firmware is the issue and we have downloaded the previous firmware version from the customer's system that is working OK and are researching further to see if anyone else has had this issue before we start down-grading.
