I have a receptionist and their phone has side cars. The BLF shows the status for some extensions but not others?

Any idea why?

What phone and side car - how did you provision the phones and how have you setup the blf keys

I have Aastra 57i phones with 2 x M675 Expansion modules.
I created a copy of the aastra template and added the lines for the expansion module.

like:
expmod2 key4 type: blfxfer
expmod2 key4 label: "Name"
expmod2 key4 value: 6403
expmod2 key4 line: 1

the buttons work, just the indicator is showing a question mark for some of users.

I don't know if it is an issue with groups as the group that the receptionist is in displays all of the status.

Have you tried to use the 3CX default template , as i can see it should program blf keys to 55.

Under the extension , click on BLF and kept adding more BLF's keys by clicking on the icon.

You will need to find where the sidecar keys starting with 3CX blf settings.

After making changes to the blf keys, you will need to reprovision the phone, to push out the changes

Don't think it's groups now. I moved a user to the top of the list and it shows the status.

I am doing some google'ing and there might be a max of 50 blf's on the 57i
firmware is 3.3.1.4305
