Hey All
We are currently having an issue where we cannot get the number tone when trying to conference in a 3rd party. The situation is when we have a customer who calls in that speaks Spanish, we put them on hold and call an interpreter line, then they work as the intermediary. When calling this interpreter line, we have to press 2 to get to the right interpreter, but when we initiate that the tone does not get transferred so the receiving phone system never picks up on the #2 being pressed. If we call the interpreter line without a conference call and press the #2, then we get right in. Is there a setting that disables the number tones when we are in a active call?
