Correct, buy through a partner then you have a relationship you can go to if you need help.

Depends on the partners business model. They may mark up depending on the service offered.

Because they don't have a choice as a business. Taxes are taxes. It shouldn't be a deal breaker as it's all deductible anyway.

Buying from a partner helps them too, and allows them to help you if needed. It's not always about the price.

Sure i understand but the taxes and vat are not 100%+ and we are talking about the license only. No other service is included.
At this point, next year is better to renew it online...

Or find a different partner. Maybe that one is also marking up the license.
