Solved Bypass DND

I'm trying to see if it's possible to have one extension to bypass any other extensions that are on DND status.

What I have is the boss wants to be able to get its employee's phone to ring when the boss calls them even if they're DND.

Try the intercom method...
*9<ext> I think will bypass *3x commands.

Or, add an exception under the extensions forwarding rules - but the user can alter these.

The intercom feature (for deskphones) will allow the boss (who needs to have the intercom right enabled in their extensions) to contact any employee phone that is DND.
