Hello,
I've a client who usually work from monday to friday. However, at some predefined days (we know them in advance), they work on saturday and sunday.
Is there somewhere on 3CX I can define an exception such as for holidays but in the opposite way : remove the voicemail at these specific dates.
Otherwise, they have to manually change the work day's schedule.
Thanks.

Hi,

I have some sort of setup at one of our clients who work on saturdays from 08:00 till 15:00.
We forward the DID to an "offline" extension with "auto switch"
Set the time for saturday 08:00 till 15:00, this means the extension is "available" put the correct forward to the phone for this status.

Everything except for saturday 08:00 - 15:00 is seen as out of office
Set the DND status to the Voicemail or whatever callflow you have for out of office hours.

Yes, you can override the 3CX office hours.

By going into the Settings of 3CX, select Dial Codes

Enter a dial code into "Force 3CX Phone System to IN or OUT of office". For example I usually use *64

Now a user can dial the following:

Dialling *641 will force the PBX to IN office hours, overriding any configured schedule.
Dialling *642 will force the PBX to OUT of Office hours, again overriding any configured schedule.
Dialling *64 or *640 will revert the PBX to its normal schedule.

So when the PBX goes to out of office hours on Friday, on Saturday morning they will be able to just dial *641 on one of the phones. They will need to remember to put it back to *64 (or *640) at the end of the day to revert back to the normal schedule.

You know people.. people intend to forget :D
Though I see its only specific dates yes.. Then your solution is best

Wow, so many answers, I really did not expect this. Thank you very much guys!

Yes solution explained above by @NicholasP_3CX is the easiest one, one of my customers who have same expectation use force in/out code , very easy to use , no config change , just the need to unforget to come back to normal end of day.
