(c:x) Not Acceptable Here

I have Welltech ip-phone 399, when i try to call other extension the log says (C:x)Not Acceptable Here

I need an urgent help plz,,,

Is this fixed yet?

If not please provide a post with the log in it. (Is this your phone log or the 3cx server log)

Also is your phone in the supported list?

Hi,

THis may well be a codec problem, check the audio codecs you are using.
