Solved Call 999 no VM

Call 999 I get a recording that " Emergency services cant be placed from this phone" ? Any Ideas
This is a US based PBX.

What is your outbound routing?

Sounds like youre passing 999 to your line provider and they're trying to dial it.

You'll see a line in your activity log that says something like this:

02/04/2019 15:43:04 - Call(C:19): Call from Extn:008 to 999 matches outbound rule 'CallCentric Override'

Also, check Settings > General and remove 999 from emergency numbers.

This what I have .Nothing in my call logs about even hitting 999.

If you click System Extensions from the home page is 999 your Voicemail?

No just my users . Do I need to build a ext to VM with 999 ?

In system extension you should only see system extensions.

under Settings > Voicemail settings you will find your VM EXT number.

Yep and its set for 999 and nothing in my emergency number field .
Even tried changing it still get the same message.

Can you try dialling 999 and check your activity log?

Yes all the calls to 999 say "Canceled"

I'm not sure then. is 3CX up to date? I'd give it a reboot too.
