Call by Name, "Extension not found"

I created a Digital Receptionist with a Call by Name menu key. I thought that the directory would automatically draw from the Users but that's not happening on a new system I just set up. Guidance on this will be most appreciated, TIA!

Users need to setup their voice identification message in their voicemail menu. Not the VM greeting but really configure their name.

Hello,

If you have a recording of their names, you can manually add it to the respective extension in the voicemail tab.
Make sure to name the uploaded file as “self_id_prompt”, otherwise, the “Call by Name” will not find the extension in question.
