Call Center with branch offices

Hi, I wanted to know is it possible to connect 3 branch offices with some kind of central call center? Situation is like that. Our customer has 1 main office and 2 branch offices in different cities. They want when calling to their main sip number like inside office press 1 to main office press 2 & 3 to according city branches. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Easy way could be to install one cloud pbx for the 3 locations, and SBC on each site.
in that case all extensions are from one single pbx so with IVR you can forward where you want.

Yes it is possible, for the remote offices - how many phones are you talking about.

You could host the 3CX in the cloud, or locally at the main office.

The branch offices depending on the number of phones you could

1. Setup site to site vpn's , then you configure the phones as local

2. Use 3CX SBC to connect the phones back to the 3CX server

Many different options but as already mentioned, the best way in my opinion (and one we deploy regularly) is cloud PBX down to sites.

Then the decision must be made of how to connect the phones - ignore STUN and go with either SBC or VPN.

In my opinion IPSec VPN's are best if you have either knowledge, control or know the person in charge of the network itself (and they too know what they are doing).

If not go with SBC (albeit they only support 100 extensions per device).

Thank you so much guys. They have just 3-4 phones on each branches. I guess the best way is SBC though cloud sip support does not exist in my country

You could probably get away with STUN for such smaller sites however I think the safest bet is the SBC.

STUN requires statically assigned IP addresses (or DHCP statically assigned) and port forwarding which equates to a lot of extra work.

A small SBC on Raspberry Pi would do the job here, and give you coverage from the PBX as well.
