Call costs can't be edited - key has already been added. Key: 0

I recently had a wild ride trying to bulk add a CSV to call costs by converting it to XML. I eventually got it to work but ended up with some duplicates that it won't let me edit or delete.

Whenever I click OK I get the error message
An item with the same key has already been added. Key: 0

In a fit of desperation I deleted all 500 pages of entries with an auto clicker but was left with what I assume to be my duplicate key 0 in screen shot attached, clicking OK still gives me the error.

Is there any way I can clear this out short of starting from the drawing board? Running 18.0 (Build 307)

Just to clarify, you even get that same error message when you try to delete it? Does the Cleanup function do nothing?

Can you provide the file you used to import via PM so that we can check?

The X isn't even there to delete it, like it's the default entry. Cleanup just gives the error as well.

I found the fault in the file, I had 2 entries marked as 0000 and 0. It accepts it since they're different but dumps them in to the data base both as key 0

We have support looking in to the issue as well

In that case, I'd actually recommend you stick with the support ticket for now as our Support team can delve deeper by reviewing the logs and hence identify/confirm the issue more accurately.
