Call Distribution per hour multiple days

Is there a way to generate a report for multiple days to check which hour is the have the highest call?

You can run a Call Distribution (Graph) report which will give you exactly what you're looking for.

Hi, But is there like it can create a few for the whole week, per hour?

Of course @eds.pare! You can schedule reports that run monthly / weekly / daily (the one you'd use). So you can create 1 scheduled report that will run every day at whatever time you set and measure the Time Scale as Hour-By-Hour.

For example:



It shows the time scale as 17-November-2021, but this is telling it when to start the daily report (daily from then on).
