Call Duration

Hi everyone,

I have question.

In my 3CX, the call have duration the 15 min. After, the call is over. How i can change this?

P.S. In parameters, value is 10800 in MAXCALLDURATION. And SIPPINGPERIOD is 100 and MAXNOANSWERTIMEOUT is 400.

Please, i need help!!

Is this happening on all calls or just external or just internal?

Just external.

Most likely, the issue is with your Provider and specifically with the "Session Timer".
I am just guessing here, but if you make a wireshark capture, and check the SIP messages of a call, in the INVITE and/or 200 OK you will most likely see something like this:


This states that before the interval set, one of the 2 parties must send a "refresh" message, which is either an INVITE or UPDATE, stating that they are still alive. Who must send this depends on the "refresher" value.
What I suspect, one of the 2 ends, usually the provider, is not sending the SIP message before the interval and the PBX is dropping the call.
